I had been searching for a Dentist for ages,I had been quoted 36k Euro in Ireland, I'd also received lots of quotes but no-one seemed to understand what my issues,fears etc were Firstly I had been told that the issue wasn't all about the teeth,I had periodontitis from been diabetic, and was told in Ireland that even if they did a bone graft it still might not have been successful. Thorough examination on arrival: 3D CBCT cone beam scan, bite analysis, and gum evaluation. Your implant brand, size, and placement positions are confirmed. Any necessary pre-procedure work (extractions, bone grafting) is scheduled.
Performed under local anaesthesia. Titanium posts are precisely placed into the jawbone. Duration: 1–4 hours depending on number of implants. For All-on-X, temporary teeth (acrylic or Flexi provisional) are fitted the same day so you leave the clinic with a functional smile.
Rest and healing day. The team checks for comfort, bite, and any needed adjustments to temporaries. For single implants, your procedure is complete and you fly home. For All-on-X patients, this is also a good day to explore Istanbul before departure.

How long does a dental implant procedure take?
The implant placement surgery takes 1–4 hours. The full process including healing and permanent crown fitting spans 3–6 months. Many patients manage everything across two visits to Istanbul.
Is the procedure painful?
The surgery is performed under local anaesthesia — you will feel pressure but no pain. Post-operative discomfort is mild and manageable with standard pain relief. Most patients are comfortable within a few days.
How long do dental implants last?
